Steve Bowman discovered his passion for serving older adults during a high school volunteer project visiting nursing home residents.
He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Over five years in nursing home administration and 23 years as a state investigator, Steve has seen both the challenges and the deep rewards of long-term care.
His mission is to help families and professionals create safer, more compassionate environments for residents — by sharing what he’s learned from decades of experience.
